Property Rental
Our FIVE ACRE property is available for renting by the day. There's lots of open space for setting up tents. There are also cute animals to be photographed with and the partial use of the house.
Number of People: The rental of the property is for small gatherings of up to 50 people (possibly more if you can think of other options for the parking).
Overnight Parties/Kids Sleepovers: Can also be arranged.
Space Available: You have use of the kitchen, living room and den area in the house as well as any of the outside space.
Tents/Catering/Serving/Tables and Chairs: We have contacts we can provide you with.
Photographer: One of the owners is a professional photographer and can be hired for your function. Photography can include pictures with the pig, mini, chihuahuas and more.
Hairdressers: One of the owners is a hairdresser and can be hired for the function especially for small wedding parties.
Spa Parties: We can provide people for makeup, massage and hair.
Parking: is limited and so pooling of parties is encourage. Under rainy conditions some of the areas may not be used. Also you must take care with parking that the property is not damaged.
Price: We charge $1000 just for the use of the property. We can help get you caterers, a photographer and any of the other things listed above at an additional cost.
