Jason Fobister lives in the First Nations Reserve of Grassy Narrows in Canada and he is like family to us. This painting is our favorite. He took 1 year to make this painting after we met and then gave it to our family as a surprise in front of 200 of our closest supporters at a dinner in October 2019. The message is so powerful. It talks about going after your dreams, of realizing your worth and your potential and the fact that the journey is not just to the end of the world you see but well beyond. In Jason's own words:

"Journey" is a painting of self discovery, learning about dreams and the realization that once you reached the sky of your world that there is more! Being free in your mind is the release from the physical and explore the universe of your mind. Everything we are made of, is the exact same substance that gives a star life, we are all connected with light, and the force behind it. There are no limits to our dreams, always challenge yourself, love life and most important is loving yourself is the key to understanding your true potential. The idea for this painting came a year ago when you met your dad, you and your family and it is inspired by your families journey in this life"
